Drop-Off and Pick-Up Hours

Taking a trip requires a lot of coordination, and our hospital is flexible to your schedule. Your pet can be dropped off or picked up from boarding at any time during our regular office hours Monday through Saturday. If you need to coordinate an after-hours pickup, just let us know!

Health Requirements for Boarding

Your pet needs to be up-to-date on their vaccinations at least 10 days prior to their boarding date and have a negative fecal test within a year of boarding. If your pet needs vaccinations before boarding, please schedule their vaccinations appointment in advance to make sure they meet that 10 day cut off for proper immune response to disease.

Because pets must have completed their distemper booster series and had their first rabies shot, we cannot allow young puppies and kittens to board.

Personal Items Policy

We recommend keeping toys, bedding, and other personal items (aside from medications and prescription diets) at home. This is to ensure that no items get lost or damaged during your pet’s stay.

Food and Medications

When you pack up your pet’s food and (if needed) medications, make sure the food is tightly sealed and medications come in their original containers. Label all containers with your pet’s name and yours, and include any additional instructions if needed.
